REVISION POLICY

Personal Information

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package, and you can request as many revisions as stated in your package details. We aim to provide the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not required to pay additional charges if the design concepts remain unchanged. Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours.

TURNAROUND TIME

Web Design Manget offers a 48-72 hour turnaround time for most design services. This duration represents the time for a single iteration of a design stage and not the entire project timeline. Depending on the service, revisions may require 48 to 72 business hours. For example:

  • ● Logo orders placed or revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • ● Logo orders placed or revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.

REFUND POLICY

Web Design Manget offers a 100% refund on its design services under specific conditions. Refund eligibility will be void if:

  • 1.You have chosen a special or custom package.
  • 2. The primary design concept has been approved.
  • 3. The logo has been finalized
  • 4. The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
  • 5. Revisions have been requested.
  • 6. The cancellation is unrelated to the project.
  • 7. The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks.
  • 8. Policies have been violated
  • 9. Another company or designer has been approached for the same project
  • 10. The creative brief lacks required information.
  • 11. A complete design change is demanded.
  • 12. The refund claim exceeds the given time frame for refunds.
  • 13. The business is closing or undergoing a name change.
  • 14. The reasons for cancellation are unrelated to our services, such as a change of mind or partner disagreements.
Partial Refunds: If multiple revisions are accepted, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted after discussion with your Project Manager. Refund approvals are at the discretion of Web Design Manget management, whose decision is final.
Refund Requests: Refund requests for package bundles will apply only to the service(s) deemed unsatisfactory, not the entire package. Cancellations made prior to project initiation due to unrelated reasons will incur a 33% administrative fee.

Note: Web Design Manget retains all rights to reject any project or cancel a contract. Designs refunded remain the sole property of Web Design Manget.

Refund requests unrelated to the service itself must be made within 24 hours of order placement to avoid additional charges.

DELIVERY POLICY

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

  • ● Ownership applies only to finalized designs and not to materials generated during revision cycles.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Web Design Manget is not responsible for creating or populating website content (e.g., text/images) unless explicitly included in the purchased package. If content services are purchased:

  • ● Text and images will be created specifically for the website.
  • ● Stock images will be acquired upon client approval.
  • ● Product details must be provided by the client.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

Web Design Manget maintains strict confidentiality regarding client projects and information. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage the other post-project completion.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Web Design Manget retains finalized design records for future reference.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. Queries outside business hours should be emailed and will be addressed the next business day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Web Design Manget primarily offers design services and basic technical support for packages including technical elements. The scope includes:

  • Website Deployment: Assistance with hosting services, whether provided by us or a third party. We are not responsible for server-related issues on third-party platforms.
  • CMS Training: A user manual will be provided for the Website CMS. Training is not included.
  • Email Setup: Necessary settings will be provided. Web Design Manget is not responsible for installation or troubleshooting on the client’s end.

EMAIL & MOBILE PHONE POLICY

Opt-In Process
